Staying in Hyatt for 2 nights was awesome. The entire hotel felt like something out of a fever dream. The pool was really nice, the buffet was a gourmet experience, and the room was something I would probably never get from other hotels. Front desk and guest services were very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Close to malls and has casino with restaurants connected with other hotels also. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only small downfall is that soundproofing isn’t the best. Can hear trains, cars, motorcycles and neighbours in the next room.

It's an excellent property with a professional staff and a plethora of amenities. Unfortunately the biggest draw back is cigarette smoke from the casino floor can be smelled throughout the lower floors of the hotel. They do their best to mask it but it's never really absent.

The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us.

Everything okay except that the LRT/ MRT is on our window side, passing every few minutes and it is noisy .

Super convenient location close to airport and SM mall of Asia. Rooms well appointed and clean. Breakfast whilst it was an extensive choice it lacked quantity and quality. Our breakfast time was 9:30 and several food stations were empty and not replaced. I would stay there again however they really need to address the breakfast it was below Hyatt standard
