There was a mix-up in my room type and they were able to correct it immediately. Very courteous staff and kind. I would be happy to stay there again in room #907.

Very good service. Facilities were great. Room was spacious. It was a little bit longer to walk to the hotel. There were 4,5 APA hotels near by and it was confusing to find the right one.

This hotel has spacious rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, and competent and friendly staff. It's older, but it's so clean and quiet. They may not clean the room everyday, but they bring fresh towels to your room daily. We will definitely stay here again if in Sapporo again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is good but you have to buy water as complimentary water is only for the first day we stayedthere for 6 days and we only got 1 day of comlimentary water.
