We loved our stay here as an American family of four with teens. The buffets are wonderful and provide a chance for everyone to have something they like to eat. The resort location makes it easy with a car to get to some of the main attractions on the island without too much driving. Beautiful location with lots of helpful people and fun stuff to do, plus good food options (lots of them).

Room was clean, but definitely need to upgrade furnitures, to include the comforters. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nice staff and service.

Our check in was at 2pm and when we arrived they changed it to 3pm but did not change the check out time. Staff mentioned that they had changed the check in time 2 months ago. The hotel should have honored the reservations the time and moving forward all new reservations should be at 3pm. You have to keep up with these paper breakfast passes and get them stamped every day. Be aware if you made a reservation including children, they will charge you additional child fees even if you included them in your reservation. Food was whatever, we just went out instead. Even though the hotel has a very nice beach, it’s a very small area where you can actually enjoy and swim. They have rules about times when the beach is available to swim. The shops were nice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

No food service in the entire resort from 2pm to 5:30pm daily. Pool closes early The beach opens at 9am and not earlier and it closes at 7pm. Totally ridiculous! I had 3 room for 4 nights and asked to check out one room at 12Noon instead of 11am - they refused and charged me a day rate! Must pay for beach towels, and beach chairs. Resort is far from most activities Will never stay there again

Arrived at 2pm and there was no food served throughout the resort daily from 2 to 5:30pm. Imagine that! Breakfast was okay Must pay fir beach chairs, towels and they close the beach at 7pm (they open it at 9am) Had 3 rooms and they would not extend the check out till 12Noon (by only hour for only one room fir free) so I had to pay an extra fee for an hour of a late check out Nothing makes sense there except the room was spacious ahd clean. But will never stay there again!

The staff was nice and the hotel property was nice. The rooms were outdated, stained carpet, rock hard beds, and poor bathroom amenities.

Rooms are outdated, air conditioner doesn’t work well. Plug ins are fire hazard. Beds were uncomfortable.
