තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

They had a technical issue with their AC on our floor and Georgia and Raphael told us it would be unbearable to stay in the room , so they hooked us up with another hotel nearby and was very good also, they really took good care of us . Staff like this are extremely hard to find , I would hire them right away I give them both 5* I hope the hotel administration recognise these incredible employees.

Wonderful sanctuary in the heart of the old city . A lovely oasis to return to after a day of site seeing .

We loved this hotel and everything about it; the rooms, lobby, outdoor seating spaces, restaurant and staff were all perfect. Very easy to walk around the area and find places to walk, eat, drink, etc.

Hotel was a in a good place, not too busy but very close to the centre with lots to do & see literally minutes away. The staff were excellent- they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The room, was clean modern spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay there and would thoroughly recommend it

The hotel provided good services. However, the road in front of the hotel is under construction. Thus you cannot get to the hotel by taxi or bus.

Everything was lovely although out late check in took a bit longer than expected, as we were all tired after a long flight

A lovely continental breakfast with a choice of scrambled eggs and bacon too. A great range of breakfast food too. The kitchen staff are lovely and we had a fantastic dinner in their Michelin guide restaurant. Their selection of wines complements every dish. Our double standard room was a good size, with a modern bathroom. We stayed on the fourth floor with the roof windows as the only source of light. There were several bars nearby and it was a bit noisy at night, so ask for a room on the side. We arrived around 10pm as a group so checking us all into 3 rooms took a while, which wasn't ideal as we were all quite tired after a long journey. But I guess the receptionist did their best. There

I can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. I wish there was a Habitat in every city we traveled to. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and the rainfall shower could blast away the aches of a day sightseeing. The breakfast was by far the best we had in Sicily (they even prepared a to-go box due to our early flight out). Their restaurant is Michelin rated and is a must try when in Catania! The completely secure, covered parking garage was a must as we had a rental car and was worth the 20 Euro/nt. There is no driving on the street in front of the hotel, which kept it very peaceful. It is only a short walk from the main road and parking garage, so easy to access even with luggage. Our stay was only for two nights before our flight home, but it definitely left an impression!
