very good experience

It was good overall. The only down fall was the food was really average at the hotel. The cost you pay for breakfast you would think the food quality will be really good. Other than that everything else was good.

Check-in was fast, room was clean and quiet. We ate at the restaurant and both enjoyed our meals. Would definitely stay again.

This was a pretty decent hotel located very close to the Auckland airport. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain with a minimal fee and food at the restaurant was just ok. But overall a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

We stayed here as we had a mid day lang haul flight the following day. The room was clean and quiet. We were asked if we wanted a room with a bath, we said no, not realising that meant we would get an accessible bathroom. But that was fine. The staff are very friendly here. The restaurant is expensive for food that is just above OK and the robot delivery as wait staff is quite awful. There is a convenient bus back to the airport but this is not free. It is $8 each way. Easy to get a ticket at the hotel, but not so straightforward at the airport terminal. The bus is also not direct, it goes on a tiki tour.

Convenient location - close to airport and Manawa Shopping Mall and others. Accessible through the Yellow Bus. Excellent customer service. Rooms are very clean and new as well.

Restaurant menu could have had a better selection perhaps more casual offerings or finger type food etc

It’s an average experience. Not memorable, could be cleaner and you are treated as a number. Airport hotel with lots of people coming and going and doesnt have a lot of personality

The movies night for the children was done really well.
