Perdana Kota Bharu

My husband and I stayed for one night at the Perdana kota Bharu after a missed flight. It is our first time in this city. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the amazing service provided by Mrs Zuriati. She went above and beyond , upgraded our room and provided such kind and thoughtful service. She accompanied us to our room and made sure we were comfortable. The room we stayed in was new, very clean with a modern bathroom , pool view and all amenities , including a prayer mat. The breakfast buffet was really varied, including local and western dishes. We got to try local dishes such as Akok. The hotel is about 15 min from the airport so it is very practical. Overall , this was a great surprise. Thank you again Zuriati for your kindness and great service ! I will stay at the perdana when I come back to kota bharu.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Perdana Hotel Kota Bharu. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, making us feel right at home throughout our visit. The food at the hotel was another major highlight. Every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and featured a fantastic variety of local Kelantanese delicacies alongside international options. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional ambiance for Muslim travelers. The environment is serene, respectful, and perfectly aligned with Islamic values.

Staff was really good. Breakfast had good variety and food was good. The room was a little worn and electric and electronics infrastructure really minimal and dated.

I am really frustrated because only one plug is useable and I could not use all plugs near to my bed. No dustbin in toilet. No channel is available even though we were able to switch on tv. Breakfast buffet is so good with various food, we really enjoyed it!

The staff are simply the best

Noisy traffic could be heard right through the night. Whilst the room was meant to be a non smoking room, it was very unpleasant to sleep with traces of stale cigarette smell permeating the room through the aircon vents. Glass panel and door to shower cubicle hasn't been cleaned for awhile from appearance when we checked in, with dirty streaks of soap scum marks still on them. Don't get me started on the toilet flush button or the sink tap........! And oh, it'll be helpful to provide a hand towel too. Won't be coming back to stay even though the food at the breakfast bar were pretty good.
