B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Aéroport

Our stay was good and the staff were helpful. Our only complaint was that having stayed at another B&B hotel in Strasbourg that had impressed us because of it’s on site EV charging, we were surprised to find that although there where a good number of chargers installed, none where operational at this B&B. When we enquired why, we were told that they have never been commissioned which seemed really strange.

Great welcoming staff allowed members of my 8-member party to check-in even before I arrived and paid for the rooms. Also was very helpful with area information.

Shower base was dangerously high. I fell over when exiting the shower.

Good location with great parking, very friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, and good access to local transportation services. My only negative comment is that for the adjoining rooms, walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door.

A good night sleep, clean and accessible. Airport noise no problem, great as a transit hotel. Good price.

Nice and close to the airport, and staff were lovely. Comfy beds and clean.

A place to rest, shower and get back on the road was needed and that’s what I got. Plenty of safe parking and room was clean and fresh.

The receptionist was very friendly lady. She was helpful and kind. The room was clean and warm but it did not have a set to serve a tea. When I realized that, I was already in my pajamas. I was distracted by a strong cleaning smell when went down for breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs (with cloth cushions) were sprayed with bleach solution. I had to put a paper on my cushion so I don’t get bleach stain on my pants because by this time all chairs were bleached due to big group just finished their breakfast. Also, I did not enjoy using their silverware. It’s the ugliest silverware I have ever eaten from. It did affect the experience of eating already not to taste food. To sum up my experience I can say that the room is good, reception service is good but the dining experience is not memorable.
