We had a great stay when we came to Oakland for a concert. The airport shuttle was quick and easy and very reasonably priced at $10 per room. The breakfast was nice and hotel well kept. It was in a nice area of town and a great hotel to stay at. Thank you!

Best Breakfast ever at a Hotel. Staff was very accommodating, Rooms were clean and up to date. Only complaint was the ice maker on our floor was broken.

Nice clean room, spacious, huge walk in shower. Shuttle for a charge and waited longer than anticipated as it's not continuous but associated with Holiday Inn Express. Hotel isolated from eateries in area, but Bistro staff pleasant although food selection overpriced.

Hotel was clean. Room was modern & comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not in central Alameda but location was great for our needs. Recommend it.
