The location of this hotel is very good and conveniently close to many of Washington, DC's major attractions with just a short taxi ride. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. On the first night, the bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, which was a problem since I was traveling with family. It took three separate visits from hotel staff before the issue was finally fixed, causing unnecessary disruption during our stay. On the second night, I found a large cockroach in the bathtub. When I reported it to the staff, I was told that every hotel is different, which did nothing to address the issue. There was no apology, concern, or effort to make things right. The indifferent attitude and lack of courtesy were more disappointing than the issue itself. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect much better service and guest care. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.

Arrived at 2am due to changes in travel plans and the host receptionist was great. The valet was awesome as well. Breakfast was definitely a full breakfast and well stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Location was excellent but at night the noise outside was terrible. The tub could be replaced and the doors to the bathroom could use a cleaning.
