Trip Inn Hotel Ariane

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Room was not maintained well. Half curtain, broken tv (we got another room) No airco (we got a fan) Stains on carpet in hallway.

Lady at reception was very helpful when we checked in, gave us information about the area even without us asking which was nice, she was very polite and helpful 😁 location is great, u-bahn station near by, or short walk to the centre. Room wasnt the cleanest but it was still ok overall. If you're just looking for a bed to stay in this place is fine, didn't try the breakfast, but there is many places around the city where you can get food.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We were told there was luggage storage. What it was was a large, unsecured room that looked to be an old dining room and we just had to leave our bags there and pray. Once we were able to check in, we saw how awful the rest of the hotel was. There was large stains all over the carpet throughout the very dark hallways. The room itself was even worse. The window was missing half of the curtain, the floors were dirty. The shower head was broken. There wasn't a single CUP in the room. Even in the "roach coach" motels in the US, there has always been a cup. The bedspread had multiple hairs on it. And, it was so loud outside and not once but twice, there were bloodcurdling screams. For the rest of the trip we called this the "Murder Hotel". The worst thing of all though is what we paid for it. $257 per night! I realize it was "surge pricing" due to the Christmas Market season but this hotel was not anywhere close to the markets and their average rate is about $66. We paid nearly 4 times that for the worst stay anywhere in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Staff was very nice, walking distance from train station and cathedral.

There was no breakfast available. There are pictures online of the breakfast offered, when? The first morning we had coffee that was available. The 2nd morning the woman charged us 3 euros for a small cup. There was no sign stating this price. The woman wanted names on whom gave us coffee! We stayed 2 nights there. The Christmas market & cathedral are nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff is mediocre. I noticed a man checking in & he kept ringing the bell for service which took approx 5 mins. When we checked in we had to wait until 3pm maybe 2:15 if available which is understandable, but the baggage hold was not locked up. We placed downstairs near the WC & that place looked like a giant junk room. An elevator is available only to the 4th floor. We had 5th floor and had to take stairs one floor up. The hotel needs some attention. Good thing about hotel is it’s near shopping.
