The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.

The pool was closed for maintenance/ heating issues. The ice makers were broken, had to find one ah the way on the other floor. There were fries and crumbs in out hotel room, near the headboard of the bed. Gross.

The check in was a breeze. I found the parking adequate. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a lot of selections.

Clean but a little run down you can tell where some things need to be fixed the staff was great and the room was clean but you can tell the hotel does need a little fixing. The room was good clean sheets and a good place to stay for overnight as we were. Nice and quiet and other than the room need a little work it was nice.

The price charged by the property was extravagant -$419 for one night for a nonsmoking king room. I was told it due to a nearby concert. All other hotels in the area were full as well. That price was much higher than the price quoted over the internet by Expedia. I feel ambushed by Expedia.
