We were greeted by a super helpful and kind staff and our stay was very relaxed. The location is central and the fact that the hotel allowed us the in and out privilege into the parking garage ( which is part of the JR station shopping complex) was a plus!

it looks like a pretty new property. room size is ok, not fabulous but alright. but the rest was excellent. staffs were welcoming and willing to assist. location is 100%, huge aeon downstairs, easy access to restaurants and train station. parking is available with reasonable fee. would totally stay here again.

Very convenient hotel, parking just right below that is shared with Aeon mall. But parking lots are limited. Great amenities and the hotel was considerate with a pillow corner for travelers to choose their desired pillow. Staff was friendly as well

Conveniently located beside the JR train station and Aeon Mall. Room was clean and spacious with a standing shower.
You get to choose your pillow firmness which was fantastic. Lounge was cozy and onsen available in the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel is right next to Asahikawa station. It is also attached to a shopping mall so lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
The lobby is on the 5th floor. Hotel has a nice library area, onsen, drink vending machines, toiletry amenities including a selection of pillows you can use.
There is a separate elevator going to the rooms on floors 6-11. Room was spacious and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was available.
Breakfast was available on the 4th floor and it had an excellent selection of dishes.
Parking also available.
The surrounding area is excellent with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very nice lounge for guests on the lobby floor, clean room and bathroom, great location right next to Asahikawa train station and the Aeon Mall for shopping.
