Hotel is located in quiet area but it’s only 5 min walk away from Misaki Cho area where so many restaurants / Izakaya options are available. Breakfast is excellent but getting pricier and pricier every year. Still reasonable for most of travelers. There is a laundry machine in each room in condominium building that is super convenient for me.

Spartan but decent size room. My interaction with the staff was good. 5 minute walk from town center. I will stay there again on my next trip to Ishigaki

It is close to Ishigaki downtown. You can walk to restaurants and stores. It's very convenient.

Nice place, easy to access and close to the main area. Buildings nearby are quiet so really great to stay. Only one thing is the parking lot is small that if you drive a big car, quite a good challenge to this

Nice place for a solo traveller, popular place as it's super cheap. My whole floor was booked and it was quiet the entire time which was great. Convienent with the washer and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Ishigaki

The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests. Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm. A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though! Would happily stay again.
