Best Western Plus Universal Inn

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

I stayed this weekend with my family and it was a really nice place. Beds were very comfortable, the only downside is the room has rug . Breakfast was really good, overall we really like the hotel

The staff were not very helpful.

We stayed just for one night, came late, fell asleep, wok up, had breakfast and left. The only thing, I would love to see more options for food, cause we saw that there is supposed to be some stuff but sadly there were nothing

We chose this hotel for the close proximity to Universal because the website said they have a shuttle. They fail to mention that it runs once to the park in the morning at 8am and once back to the hotel at 5:30pm. Even though the parks don't close til 9. Seems like a waste of a shuttle to me. The beds we comfortable enough. The room itself was clean enough. The toilet in our room ran ALL day and night, our bathroom sink drained REALLY slowly, and the breakfast was pretty mediocre. We went down at 9:30 one morning when breakfast is advertised til 10 am. They had a few oranges left, no other fruits, no bread/bagels, no sausage. Just watery scrambled eggs, pancakes, 2 types of cereal, and some mini muffins. The other morning we were there was a bit better, but not much. They at least had sausage. The staff wasn't super friendly, the guy who checked us in barely said 2 words to us. We will likely not be staying here again.

Was bitten by a bed bugs. Horrible!!!

The location was good, we walked to universal. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Property was clean but a bit tired overall. Breakfast was reasonable.
