සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The room looked nice in photos, but in reality it's an incredibly cheap-feeling, college dormitory-like room with a really terrible mattress. I would never stay here again and regretted choosing it as soon as I walked into the room.
It's a very short walk from the Duomo at least so the location is good. The front desk person was very helpful too.

නියමයි Really loved this place! Location was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the nightly happy hour drinks and snacks were a welcome surprise, as were the free drinks in the fridge. If we’re ever in Milan again, would stay here without a doubt.

Great hotel at the heart of Milan. Some things we really enjoyed about our experience here: the location is excellent for access to the whole city (it’s within walking distance of the Duomo, Galleria, and the castle); the air conditioning was great after we spoke to the front desk and they helped us cool the room down; the complimentary breakfast and daily free drink for apertivo was delightful; the room was quite large for a city hotel and the bathroom was an excellent size.

Fantastic hotel. The location was very close to basically everything, including tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and I particularly enjoyed the amenities provided by the hotel. We were given a stocked fridge of drinks for free, and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we had reserved two rooms (we hadn’t, and we prepaid for one). They wouldn’t let us check in unless we paid for another room, which we were obviously not prepared to do. The staff was extremely rude and not at all accommodating. I was so upset that I ended up going to another hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is perfect. Hotel has everything you need. Staff are lovely, room and bed very comfortable and breakfast amazing.
Having the outdoor courtyard for breakfast and early evening drinks is lovely and the free dink between 6 and 7 is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I planned my trip around two shows at La Scala - that’s how I chose my lodging - 7 minute walk. Very happy that it was a good match for me as a solo traveler. Close enough to walk to all of the attractions (Duomo, Last Supper, DaVinci museum) and lots of dining options near by. Breakfast buffet is very good. Happy hour was a nice way to reset before going out again. Staff was very polite and helpful.
