Room smelled bad. Didn’t ask to change too tired. Breakfast buffet was good but 30% or so of the cost of the room. The staff other than the front desk was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had anyone so willing to go the extra mile.

The staff members were very patient helping me on transportation booking. Their kindness and customer service were significantly exceeding my expectations. Excellent job!

The room was very small for staying 3. nights.
The bed was very uncomfortable
The reception area was very good but the rest of the hotel could do with upgradeing.

It is located a little far from station and nothing around hotel. But it made up by the view of river and quiet view of city
