The location is very convenient if you want to stay close to the airport and shopping area. Staff member was helpful, even after checking in so late due to flight delays.

The guy at the front desk was not very good I asked him to call a cab he pointed at a phone Where the operator did not speak English When I asked again I was informed that was not his job

Place was a complete dump. Onsen was tiny and disgusting. Staff was rude as hell. The room was locked at 75 degrees. Only way to get it to a steeple temp was to have the door open

Convenient for airport, decent restaurant. Shuttle from airport available from where the shuttles stop between domestic and international. Excellent service but was hard to find out this information.

Used for an overnight stay prior to a flight from the nearby airport. The room was bright and comfortable. I appreciated the free parking and offer of airport shuttle, which I did not need.
