We were given instructions for easy checkin/key pickup but the key pickup is actually at a hotel across the way after hours. Thankfully we eventually ran into other guests staying there. Our room had absolutely no hand soap or even body wash in the dispenser- not a great surprise after flying and dealing with the airport and delays, stress, etc. I wasn't expecting fancy toiletries but I feel like hand soap is a very basic and reasonable expectation for a hotel stay. My pillow case looked questionable so I avoided the pillow. It is definitely just an overnight/pit stop motel for airport proximity. Receptionist was very helpful about airport shuttle, so I am thankful for that.

I enjoyed my stay with very brief, but it was fine because it was the semifinals of the World Cup so I got to watch that with some locals

Finding information about the shuttle was extremely difficult. No one answered emails or the phone for inquiries. Once information about the shuttle was found, it did not specify which hotel to book as there are two in the area with the same name and similar address. Therefore I was taken to the wrong g hotel. There is no way to cancel the return reservation.

Sometimes bit hard to find after shuttle times. Got dropped at 2 wrong hotels first.

Shuttle took forever and is a fee of 7 euros per person. AC was on in room when I arrived and was a blessing in this heatwave. Staff was very helpful. Check in was easy with kiosk. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The price was low and it was near the airport which is why I chose it. I wish I'd booked something right at the airport though. Part of the low price was very little staff and confusing automated processes so it was challenging after a long day and with an early morning flight. There is nothing around the hotel. It's an industrial area.
