Helpful polite staff, clean rooms, breakfast had nice variety but food that should have been hot was not as warm as we preferred. Spacious restaurant.

The rooms are very small ; the front desk staff does not speak one word of English which make it difficult to communicate. They don’t provide all the details when you check-in . You could hear the train running noise inside the room . It’s ok for a nights day . We stayed for 3 nights .

A clean, quiet hotel in the heart of Kyobashi nightlife and co-located with the metro. A great alternative to Namba. Room was small but the two beds were larger than expected. Would stay here again.

Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone.

Perfect location adjacent to the train station and a mall. While the room was a little bit dated, it was perfect for rest after a long day and had many shops and restaurants and cafes all within the mall/train station complex.
