Location from Kobe Station was excellent. Hotel is visible from the station, only a couple of minutes walk. Coffee machine on 2 microwave and ice machine on 3. We didn’t have breakfast it was 2200yen, but the area was very nice with comfortable chairs and even a ping pong table and games. Quick train ride to Sannomiya for the Loop Bus for all the tourist sights etc, we had a 2 day pass bought at the Tourist Information Centre of the station and the staff there were lovely and helpful. The Life Supermarket was just up the street from the hotel, nice fresh food and pizza that we heated up at the hotel.

Just one block away from Kobe station, 10 min walk to Harborland n shopping mall. Nice temple next block of the hotel. Comfortable bed and size of the room is good.
