Air-conditioning is poor and property requires some needed repairs. Mainly upper floors smells mold mainly coming from outside. Also construction is gpung on even at night next to the property. Avari service is excellent.

Very convenient location, everything is close by. Staff was excellent, great service and breakfast but only issue we had was with air conditioning, we had to ask twice to fix the cooling in four nights stay.

staff was very friendly as you always feel in Pakistan. Breakfast buffet was great. This hotel is apparently converted from condo building to hotel and thats why you feel some blunders in room design and features. I was basically forced to run heat at 25C and there was no way you could reduce the temperature unless you turn the air off. Air duct was clogged and I had to call in maintenance person who took a quite a bit of time to remove the filter , took it to his maintenance facility and brought back .

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great shower/ running water, in room-comfortable temperature, excellent buffet. I would stay here again.
