I Had a good restful night. Place was clean. The only gap was the contact info on hotels.com, it had this landline but after 6.30pm no one answers the phone. Didn’t know they had a minder and it put a lot of stress. Maybe if they could divert the call from reception to the minder’s phone that would be great. Lucky they responded on messenger.

It was a good clean cabin and outside view in morning was mesmerising .. showers were good with full pressure and plus Hot pools were icing on top !
Having Tea Coffee amenities or cups atleast in room or kitchen for regular guest would be good ..
Rest staff were good helpful !
Will visit soon.

I had a small cabin with a very comfy bed., suitable for my one night stay.
The shower, toilet and laundry facilities were more that adequate.
The kitchen seemed to have some cooking equipment but I didn't see any storage space for people with their own food supplies. Dining/ lounge space is combined and has a great view of the mountains.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very clean room and en-suite. The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, for our overnight stay and explore of the Kaikoura town and coast. Highly recommend.
