Everything was lovely about this hotel, and we loved the location! It had all the amenities we needed. Our only complaint was that the mattresses sunk in and were not so comfortable for our backs!

Excellent overall. Front desk and bar staff helpful. However, AC wasn’t working in either room and, even though asked, there was no attempt to fix it. Fans had been provided so we were comfortable. And our early morning take away food was not there when we left.

Great place to stay. Excellent location and everyone was very nice. Some of the lamps in the room did not work and the hair dryer did not work.

We enjoyed our stay at the facility and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the extra treats they provided. The parking off site was inconvenient but it is understandable being it is s big city.

Generally was fine .our room was in basement and room design was odd .Tv was not in front of bed .You only could watch tv from a chair in front of Tv .BF was fine .
