No air at 7th floor, was supposed to be fixed…. Passed 2 nights there i was really disapointed. The maintenance guy told us 2 Times that it was repaired but it was not

We stayed here for 2 nights. Both night they had celebrations at first floor, but that didnt affect our stay at all. We used the pool till closing, the food at the restaurant was amazing. The girl Sara at the front desk was the best. So nice , polite and helpful. We stayed there with 3 other families, and all came at different time, but she still managed to get us all close. Thank you Sara.
