The staff were excellent always smiling and helpful. The rooms are large and well equipped but the TV's don't work, no signal and management doesn't care. The pool was under construction (which we weren't advised of until arrival). Breakfast was good as is the location with shops, restaurants etc just outside.

Our villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, however unfortunately there were a couple of things that made it not quite perfect. We loved our private plunge pool and outside area, the room was incredible & very comfy and the fresh fruit each day was much appreciated. However we raised with the staff early in our stay that the toilet wasn't flushing properly, and often the cistern wouldn't fill, and perhaps due to a communication issue they told us this was normal and wouldn't be fixed. We tried to explain that it would sometimes take hours for us to be able to use it again but I think there was a language barrier & the staff told us it would not be fixed. we don't hold this against the hotel or staff, it just made things a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was incredible & very delicious, as were the meals and cocktails. On one day we asked for a breakfast box as we had an early pickup, but when we went to collect the boxes at the time we requested they weren't made up & the staff told us we would have to wait 15 mins which we couldn't do as our driver had arrived. we therefore had to leave without any breakfast for our day tour. The staff did apologise for the mix up and gave us complementary coffee the next day which we appreciated. The hotel is good easy walking distance to the Monkey Forest, bars, markets and palace, the air conditioning in the room is excellent, and we appreciated that our villa was quiet when we needed a nap!

Excellent location, very walkable. The property is somewhat dated, but it’s well maintained and comfortable

The room was very spatious and clean. There was great variety for breakfast with lots of places nearby. Although certain things weren't available as the listing. Such as the massage or tour and ticket assistance. This is great for a short stay whilst visitng Ubud

Lovely pool with great and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful and a good location. The monkeys seemed harmless but we still didn’t get too close just in case. Would definitely return

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very relaxing ambiance. The rooms were large and comfortable. The personnel super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the location spot on.

There was no spa

Super nice staff, great location and the staff had arranged a birthday cake for my partners birthday which was amazing!

Room was lovely and spacious. Gardens are beautiful. Paths around are cracked uneven and it didn’t seem super clean. Room was clean. The location is central but Ubud is so busy now and dirty etc that impacted on the feel of the stay.

Nice property but had its issues.
