The front desk agents were very helpful and attentive. The called my taxi and help me with my reservation to Christ the Redeemer. One of them even print and rescheduled my reservation!

The location is fantastic! It's very close to the beach (2-5 minute walk). There are a lot of restaurants nearby so plenty of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are planning on taking public transit, there are a lot of buses that pass by as well. My partner and I just took uber and it was fairly inexpensive. There is also a grocery store nearby if you wanted to buy snacks etc. Felt very safe even at night and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small but the hotel is ideal for travelers who don’t mind that limit. Great location and great staff.

Clean rooms overall, that being said, everything is outdated. Air conditioner and fridge are very loud. Shower heads could use deep cleaning.

I loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and safe. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location is excellent very close to Copacabana Beach and downtown, making it easy to explore the area. They also have a currency exchange service in the lobby and , which was very convenient. Another plus was that the room had regular power outlets, so I didn’t need a plug adapter for my devices. 🇺🇸I would definitely stay here again.

Decent location, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and great. Highly recommend staying if you’re just planning on just sleeping here and you’re out and about the whole time.
