තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The AC in our room didn’t work very well though. All in all we still enjoyed our stay. And will return again in the future.

The property needs to be upgraded with air conditioning, the rooms were hot all though fans were provided it was still hot and uncomfortable.

J'ai choisie l'hôtel 4 étoiles a cause des services offerts comme le gym. Dans l'annonce il y a 2 tapis roulant pour s'entraîner. En réalité aucun fonctionnel et selon la réceptionniste ca fait des.mois que cela ne marche pas. Jai payé 36 euro em arrivant parcequil y avait une deuxième personnes avec moi. En sortant on me.dit aue je doit payer un autre 36 euro pour la deuxième personnes et aje me total devais etre 72 euros. Des frais cachés non justifié. Aucun responsable poir parler. On me dit on vous donne un émail rt envoyé une plainte une fois rendue a votre pays. Vraiment désastreux. Lhotel est bien situé mais.le.personnel n'offre pas de service et des frais quils ne peuvent expliquer. A éviter.

The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site.

AC system needs to be updated, room was warmer than outside air overnight. Outside of this, room was clean and modern.

Simon Hotel – Great Location, Service Needs Work The Simon Hotel is in a prime location with easy access to several great nearby restaurants—that’s its biggest strength. However, aspects of the rooms could use attention. Some furniture appeared stained, and there was a noticeable musty smell on certain floors and in some rooms. In my case, it was significant enough that I had to change rooms. Dining was a challenge. Restaurant hours are limited and awkward, making it easy to miss both breakfast and dinner. Room service also closes very early—by 10:00 p.m.—which is unusual. On one occasion, I was advised to come downstairs for a simple fruit plate and coffee instead of using room service, which defeats the purpose of paying for that convenience. Overall, an average experience with clear potential, but improvements are needed in room upkeep, service, and dining availability.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. A bit noisy during the last 2 days of Carnival and when the cruise ships arrived.

Nice hotel. Sadly the air conditioning was not working so the rooms were very hot. Hope it’s fixed soon. Expensive considering the lack of AC
