Staff is personable and helpful with directions about nearby services. The property is a good location. Safe parking

Small but cozy, better than some bigger hotels in the same area

Room was fine. Clean. Noisy outside. Air conditioner was crazy loud. Location was awesome and convenient.

Parking is difficult. Elevator is so small and very slow. Room is small. Charged $213 in fees and taxes on top of the daily rate without my knowledge. Reception staff was very helpful, however, I would not book this hotel again.

Good location - central Vancouver. More like an old style motel. Parking onsite. Downside - rooms are dated but clean. Homeless and addicts in the area.

We arrived in YVR early in the morning, made our way to the hotel and were able to check in our room right away so that was a real bonus. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Got freshened up and had a nice breakfast sandwich in the adjoining coffee shop. Our room was clean and simple. We were on the inside facing the lovely courtyard. Room had a nice window that cranked open for fresh air, also a portable air conditioner which was appreciated later in the day as it was warm and humid. Bathroom was simple, tub with shower, toilet but a small sink. We were a party of 3 and they brought us extra towels. The only issue was the bathroom had no powered vent so showers were quite steamy. Hotel was quiet and felt safe and secure. It is across the street from a hospital but we were not bothered by ambulance sirens. Hotel is ideally located in downtown area, lots of great places to eat, and easy walk to water front attractions. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the metro station for airport train.

Staff was friendly and overall was a good experience
