I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They looked after my luggage whilst I was at a conference. I also booked a more expensive room, which had a huge bathroom with his and hers showers :)

Centrally located hotel close to Waterloo Station (5 minute walk). Clean friendly hotel with rooftop bar and lobby bar. Rooms decent size with free WiFi. Recommended and would stay again.

Receptionist Valantina was exceptional and a credit to H10, would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was Marvellous .

Very comfortable room, really nice helpful staff, super breakfast, the slight drawback was the walk to waterloo but we used ubers

No microwave in the whole building..and it took to long to get the rooms cleaned around checking in time..
