A very unfriendly female security guard approached us while we were waiting for our room. We were sitting on a sofa facing the walkway, where many other guests were also waiting and seated.
She told us that it was a bar area and that children were not allowed to sit there. Before I could even finish asking where we should go instead, she abruptly told us to leave and walked away.
I understand that there may be rules regarding children in certain areas, but the interaction felt rude and unprofessional. A little more courtesy and guidance would have made a big difference.
