Major renovation going on, room smelled bad of old drywall and concrete. Beds were terrible, an old mattress with a pad on top.

It is under construction. Maybe after renovations it will be better. Now it’s dusty and dated. I would not recommend.

Hotel did not inform us that we were directly adjacent to a construction site where a new hotel was being built, from 6am to 6pm every day. The airport shuttle does not run before 6am. The elevator cannot fit more than 3 persons with luggage. The manager (young blonde woman) was excellent and the best part of the stay.

The access to the property was impeded by the demolition of the adjacent hotels. this made it extremely difficult to off load luggage. AND with NO help from the staff it was even more stressful. I was very dismayed by this and was expecting a more inviting experience. This hotel did not act in what I was counting on. They did not put "BEST" in the Best Western motto.
