සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Room was fine, very small, a lot of noise from outside the room. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Rooms were hot and windows only opened a crack.

නියමයි The hotel was very nice and clean, check in was easy and storing my luggage before hand was simple and cheap. Only thing I will say is that the rooms are not too big and the outlets are in slightly inconvenient spots. Overall, for the price, it was a really good hotel and I will be staying again in the future!

Near the train station is really the best this hotel offers. You get what you pay for is important to remember. NO air conditioning so glad we were only on the 4th floor. Watched the office/ desk staff be rude to another guest. Wouldn’t stay there again.

there were 2 ladies at the 'reception' desk, but I don't think they would like to be labelled as at reception. Upon taking a ticket to wait in line for their help to check in, I was told that check in was only possible using the machines.
I tried using the machines, two different ones, in fact, but was not allowed to process thru the registration process on either machine.
I then spoke with the ladies who told me
"ah, sometimes the machines don't work, let me help you"
I got the impression I was not the only guest having difficulty checking in using the machines.
This whole experience did not set a good impression with me. There was also loud club music in this area, which no one wanted, and it served to make it difficult to hear what the two ladies were saying. The first impression is very important at a hotel.
This needs immediate attention! Thank you.

Clean, functional and a great location - close to the metro and shopping centre. Breakfast was excellent too.
Down side - Felt a bit misled as you have to pay extra for the gym.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Very bad value for money, super small, no service, empty hand wash, very small room even not a single bed, half of the normal single bed size. If at 50 SG$ a night then it is fine. No way 150$ night hotel.

NO ventilation, the bedrooms were small, windows were useless it was hot and humid. Breakfast just ok. Look elsewhere.

Rooms are small but functional for two people. Combined toilet-sink-shower was cramped and it seems impossible to not have water run into the room floor. Also challenging to keep towels dry when they are only replaced every 4 days.
Outdoor temp was cool but the room was always warm. Oscillating fan helped. Big open window helped. The heavy duvet was not useful. Thinner options for summer would be great.
BUT. Big window also let in lots of outdoor sounds including late night noisy sex from a room nearby. Spain won their football match so maybe they were Spanish. The exterior glass panels bounce the sound into our room. Its like we are in the same room.
