Cannery Row Inn

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Room was outdated. Stains on the wall, AC worked when it wanted to. Stale smell in room. TV didn't work ,would come on but couldn't change the channel or apps on TV. One good thing bed was comfortable. Inn was centralized easy walking to everything.

Close to beach

I was completely disappointed with the condition of room. The balcony and chairs were dirty. I had to wipe down the cheap folding party chairs provided. All the furniture in room had damage. The iron was unusable due to burned surface. The “fireplace” is an electric light and it was filthy. This is definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the location.

The inn’s staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located to the Monterey Bay aquarium and shops. I plan on staying at this inn in the future.

The registration process just to check in was ridiculous! Everything is done on-line before I arrived and the instructions on how to take a picture of my passport or DL didn't work (there was no way to download the scanned versions I already had) so I wasn't sure I had completed registration. When I arrived there was a guy at the desk was great but I had to wait two hours to check in (expected). When I got the text my room was ready the elevators weren't working and I was on the 2nd floor (3 floors up from the garage). No signs on how to find the stairs. Helpful desk clerk had someone carry my bags up. The coffee maker didn't work, I thought the fridge didn't work but at the end of our stay discovered it was unplugged, the TV didn't work. I called down in the evening and they said they would fix them but never came. When I went to check out I found myself chatting with a woman in India on a screen! I understood the comment from the women in front of me who said to the screen "there is no way you can help me". The screen woman asked how my stay was and I told her. She said "Oh, we'll take care of everything!" i said "how?" and she looked startled and said, "Er, well we will fix it what's wrong." I was checking out. I think I should get some refund. The people who were there were great but it's obvious they are understaffed, especially at an older motel where things can go wrong. The room was nice (partial ocean view) and location is great.

The ONLY positive thing was the walkable area. Old Inn, nothing special. Disappointment upon check-in to check-out.

Clean, easy check in

Cute, clean, nice old hotel. Loved the fireplace and balcony. There were high frequency sounds from power outlets that drive you nuts if you're sensitive to sounds. Also, the electric tower/pole outside of our room at the street was buzzing 24/7 so loud.

Weather was amazing this location is right in the heart of the town and you don’t even need to drive around shops nearby the ocean is right off the main road
