The only issue I had was one night I was talking to my wife and using my key card, I walked into another guest's room. My card worked in a different room than mine. I told the front counter person and she changed my card and said she would inform the other guest to change their card.

The location on the river was nice. The hotel needs to remodel and update some things. Exterior is in need of repair in areas and really needs an overhaul in opinion. It’s an older hotel and I get that but the furniture in our room wasn’t great. If they’re going to charge what they do then it’s time to remodel and update the rooms and exterior of the building.

We had a great stay at the Doubletree with our kids and two dogs. The staff were so for salt and the property was amazing.

The hotel is like something from the 1800s we had mold in our room bathtub area around the toilet sink smelt like sewer pillowcases were ripped and the Floors had stains and hardness from who knows what this place is a dump. Breakfast was awful. The oatmeal was hard as a rock ordered the two egg breakfast got two eggs, and two pieces of bacon was supposed to have hashbrowns waiter never returned food came out cold. No one cares take your business somewhere else, but not to this hotel.
