Staff was amazing! They attended to all our needs! Family really enjoyed the pool! Loved that it was the perfect temperature it wasn’t too cold! Only thing was that our door would jam to go into our room but staff did go right away to check!

Breakfast pretty overpriced for what they serve. Had a better (free) breakfast at Holiday Inn. Kitchen closed a bit early for wknd. Room was clean, housekeeping didn’t change our sheets/blanket and we were there 4 nights. One day didn’t leave any towels. Overall comfortable, clean. Biggest disappointment was by far the pool. Waaayyy to many chemicals. No air ventilation. Could only stay in the area 30-45 minutes. Only in the hot tub for 10 before your eyes water and start sneezing continuously. Happened to myself and everyone else who got in. We tried all night we were there. By the late night it was better but still unbearable after an hour. Also, drainage in the area was nonexistent, water just piled up in the area.

We had a nice clean room: the bed was very comfortable. We loved the gym, hot tube and pools. Only downside is the neighborhood, there was a dispensary across the street with some shady people. The property was very secure however.

My stay at the Double tree was really good no complaints. Great location and good food service at the bar restaurant. Coffee shop was really good also. Yes I would stay again with no hesitation.
