Breakfast buffet had terrible service. The waiters did not clean after we had our first serving. I used to work there 27 years ago and I and everyone else working there always made sure the customers were treated well

Clean room. Good views. Quiet. Only issues that can be easily fixed are toilet paper too far behind toilet. And door stop out on floor. Easy to stand on . And yes it hurts at 2am

Sauna, spa, gym and pool all worth checking out. View from the 20th floor was great. Shower was hot with great pressure and room was nice and quiet. Our beds were extremely comfortable too. Location, location with only minutes walk to Cavill Ave and buffet breakfast had everything you would expect. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Every front desk staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and helpful. I ended up extending my stay and both rooms were clean and well serviced. The breakfast was my favorite part of my visit. It was a very close and easy walk to the beach, great food, and fun shopping. Also, appreciated the grocery store being close by. I hope to be on the Gold Coast again next year, and I would absolutely stay here.
