Great breakfast, comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom, great body wash, tv was quite small. A couple of blocks south of main Surfers action but literally only a few mins walk. Overall would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, The rooms was neat and tidy and got cleaned every day. The hotel does show a bit of wear and tear and there was garbage bags on the floor that wasn't collected for days. Close to Cavil Ave, however lots of empty shops and homeless people on the area around the hotel. Car park was easy and lots of open spaces available. Also very close to the tram.

The room was spotless and looked like it had had a renovation. Put in a request for an ocean view and was given it. Breakfast was great, good selection. All in all a wonderful stay

Our room was not cleaned. When requested later in the day at 1pm, it was still not cleaned. A further request was made at 5.30pm and the bed was made but the rest of the room was not cleaned. No towels, bins full. After requesting a 4th time we were told that housekeeping finishes at 2.30pm.

The stay was excellent, with the staff being so lovely. The room was a little outdated, however, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
