Hampton Inn White Plains/Tarrytown

Breakfast is very good, lots of protein choices. I used their little gym as well.

Very out dated and and need of repair

We stayed for two days no room service provided, washroom flooded and were told there was no maintenance staff luckily I had two rooms so used the other bathroom.

This hotel looks like it might close soon. It’s really run down. The room was fine.

Needs some repairs

Well, to start, the place is okay. We only stayed for two nights, so I can’t share too much. The hotel isn’t anything extravagant or luxurious. Although the place was clean, it had a particular odor that I didn’t like. However, the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, but they weren’t very helpful. Our room was supposed to be cleaned around 12 p.m. since we had left the room, and that’s what we were told. However, when we returned, the bed was still a mess, we didn’t receive any new towels, and the trash hadn’t been removed. We had to go downstairs ourselves to ask for fresh towels. We also had a few issues with our room key cards, but they handled that problem well. Unfortunately, we still had to tidy up our own room and get our own towels. The odor was mainly noticeable on the ground floor, around the lobby where guests are welcomed. The hotel also had a few nice views, depending on which room you were assigned.

My overall stay was amazing. The rooms were clean, the elevators were fast which is a bonus because you know slow elevators are the worse at hotels. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. The outside property could use some upkeeping but the inside is what matters most, so no big deal. Overall stay 5 stars and I would stay there again. Also very affordable for the area

Do NOT get assigned a room on street side. It is VERY LOUD!!! Check your room before you agree to take it. Our 1st room was LOUD street side, running toilet water and seat off the hinges. It was like pulling teeth getting another room asap. We were there a week and they do NOT check on your room every other day. NEVER! Breakfast was above decent taste and good variety. Beds were clean and firm.

4th floor room was clean, cool and quiet, even facing traffic. Slept quite well. Shower was nice. Breakfast was quite good, hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, coffee.
