The kindness, attention to detail, and pure joy from the staff is amazing (even with a 11:00 pm check-in) The property if full of history & character. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming with an "at home" feel.

The gentleman at the front desk in the evenings, Arber was very helpful and informative. We booked two rooms, one of which the air conditioning was barely/not working. This was a real bummer since it was really hot in Rome and we really needed the air conditioner.We informed the young lady at the front desk when we checked out and she said they will look into it. Other than that, the hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel, close to Rome Termini. Very clean and spacious rooms for an older building. Check in was easy, most staff spoke english. Breakfast was very good with excellent selection for the price. Hotel was very quiet. Highly recommend.

Hotel was a great last minute stay when we were forced to stay in Rome due to a train strike. AC definitely could have been colder in the room however

Wonderful hotel located near the train terminal. Enjoyed meals outside at several cafes within a short distance walk. The hotel has a bar from which we could obtain a bucket of ice daily. Smoking allowed in a courtyeard. Never had a chance to have breakfast, but looked at the offerings and it was great. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
