Wonderful stay in London! Beautiful hotel with great staff! Breakfast and hotel bar were the best! A special thank you to James at the front desk, Sam, and James, the front of the house manager. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff is so kind and friendly. Hotel is in a great location but slightly off the main road so it’s nice and quiet. Easy to get to where you need to go. Staff helped with recommendations and directions. The Leopard Lounge is perfect for drinks and the food was delicious. Sam is friendly and funny! The room was clean, beds comfy, and ac worked. Definitely recommend and would stay here again and again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It’s an oasis of calm in the heart of bustling London. The staff are great and the bar and restaurant are both excellent. Rooms are small, but comfortable.

Wonderful 5 night stay, the hotel is amazing, in a peaceful location but within walking distance to many attractions and opposite the British Museum. We felt safe walking around the area in the evening but only visited another restaurant for an evening meal once as we loved the atmosphere and food choices on offer at the hotel. It's crowning glory are the people working there, so warm and friendly and genuinely doing everything to make guests feel welcome and ensuring they enjoy their stay.

Staff attentive and friendly. Lovely quiet location in a beautiful setting so close to the west end. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Recommend for any stay in London. Thank you, we will return!
