Staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. The pillows were not comfortable super flat and no structure. Don't really understand the daily destination fee that then they want me to buy things to recover it seems a bit odd just save the $18 and don't charge me for it cuz I'm already staying there and paying for parking

I did not care for the ‘destination fee’ … which turned into a bait and switch. When checking in, they give you a credit for the destination fee to be used towards the restaurant and bar in the hotel. It’s a $18 credit. But, the restaurant bill will be more than that— example $32 .. youre still charge for the destination fee plus the difference of the restaurant/bar tab. They’re giving you this credit to make you feel good with the intentions that you will spend more money in their hotel. I would tell them keep your credit!

Cool, place. Very modern, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is way over priced for what its worth. Really the only let down of the whole place. Staff was extremely friendly and nice.

Great hotel! Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back again. Only trouble spots were that the ice machine was dead on our floor and the elevators were slow.
