A fire alarm went off in the morning for a prolonged amount of time so we got dressed and went downstairs to the meeting point, staff were nowhere to be found, no one knew what was going on, as it happens it was a false alarm however when we did manage to see the staff they just asked ‘you alright?’ With an attitude and when we asked what was going on they just said ‘false alarm’, again with an attitude, no apologies or explanation etc. it was really frustrating, I’d never stay here again because of the staff attitude

Check in process took longer than it should have, they required an email of ID and a security deposit using a physical card. Staff seemed confused there and didn’t really knkw what was going on

Had booked before reading reviews, so was anxious about staying, I need not have worried, bed lines was clean, lots of towels, tv coffee and a good bathroom, Staff were very courteous, General building is in need of some upgrade but for price it was good We had breakfast one morning and lots of selection We used as a base leaving in the morning returning late evening, so no complaints,
