I would have given it a better rating however there was no air conditioning in the room and it was quite small. Staff was excellent. Hotel lobby beautiful. Breakfast was good. Loved the restaurant. As wonderful as the staff and lobby was I feel guilty on giving an average rating.

Would recommend 10/10. Friendly staff and knowledgable. Location is amazing with most things in walking distance to explore Dublin.

When I booked the half-board, there was no communication from them informing what the options for dinner were. I looked at the full menu and it looked great but when we got to our reservation we were given a limited menu to chose from . Just being aware of the difference would have made a huge difference. The food we did get was delicious and the serving staff amazing, but that initial let down threw us off a bit. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room and beds quite small therefore got very stuffy with 3 of us in it, but clean.

Great stay in Dublin! Close to City Center and public transportation to and from the airport. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. The lobby is beautiful!

The property is in a great location near Trinity and Temple Bar, but once you step inside, it's inviting and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and the beds and linens were very nice too. I would stay here again when I am in Dublin.
