Novus City Hotel

Tovos was amazing from check in, the hotel was clean breakfast was good and the staff were amazing, pool is a llitle small but clean and felt amazing

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The food was amazing! The bar on the rooftop and the drinks were on point! Did I mention the staff were incredible, friendly, fun and ALWAYS helpful! This made my trip wonderful ! The beds were a little hard and very low to the ground. There was a police station a block away with police day and night. A homeless camp was behind the police station and we saw used needles on the street near this area. However, there was a security guard at the door of our hotel day and night too. If you go left out of the hotel it was fine but right was the police station and other undesirable parts of Athens. Go to the left and you will be fine. I did feel safe at this hotel but I always had my husband or older boys with me when I went outside of the hotel.

Great location, excellent pool & pool bar. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Would definitely recommend

Close to Metro station

The coffee was from a machine and not very good. I left the hotel to get good coffee. I found the toast and hard boiled eggs the only thing that were appetizing at the breakfast bar. The room was adequately clean - one window blind could not be closed, and the shower head in the bathroom was broken. If you are just looking for a one-night stay, waiting for a connecting flight, this hotel is OK.

Great hospitality

Lovely staff and loved the rooftop bar - great staff. Basic room - blinds don’t open, shower broken Slightly salubrious area behind the hotel but police are present. Breakfast limited - cold, not covered so flies everywhere. Shame as the staff are lovely.

Big and clean room but a little bit outdated. Overall it was good

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful with our many questions. Bed and pillows were a bit hard but ok. One window was missing the control button so sould not close the blinds. Overall very pleasant stay.

The employees from the front counter to the kitchen waiters/bartenders and the room service staff were top notch and made my stay so enjoyable.
