Checkin was horrible. The person at the counter acted like we were asking for the world when we asked if early checking was possible. After checks g is done n she didn’t explain that we had to keep the receipt that was proof that breakfast was included. The staff member that was at the restaurant looked at us as if we committed a crime when told we don’t have the receipt and had to look us up in the system. The room looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag and the shower head didn’t work properly.

Very nice hotel. I had an ocean view room - well worth it with the beautiful view. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. A very nice bathroom. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel is directly opposite the beach. The hotel was clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was very good. There are also reasonably priced coffee shops and other dining alternatives for lunch and dinner I didn't use the gym, but I expect the view from the 20th floor is something. Next time. Overall, a great stay.

1. Lake view room has a great view. 2. If you go to 20th floor, you can enjoy nice sea view and mountain view. 3. Go to the beach to walk around. I felt very safe and pleasant to walk beach at night (many people enjoy walking, drinking, listening busking music). 3. You can buy cup noodle at the conveient store in the first floor and eat it at your room (room has a coffee port to boil water) 4. In the first floor, they sell burger set at reasonable prices ($10 or so) 5. For dinner, we went to 20th floor buffet restaurant. Food was so so (quite disappointing quality) but the view was fantastic. About CAD $100. Beer and wine are included in the buffet. Highly recommend this buffet experience not because of food but because of view. 6. Infinity pool in 20th floor looks great.
