Lovely hotel in the middle of Gion Kyoto. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept, exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay at the property.

Quiet location for a great stay in Gion district. Walkable to a lot of locations. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast we're great fuel to start Kyoto adventure days.

Surprisingly large room, very nice fancy bathroom. Only regret is not staying longer. It’s very unassuming on the outside but has very nice rooms and great staff.

There is a 24-hour convenience store and coin laundry opposite the hotel, both well within a minute walk. The washer and dryer are well maintained and clean by the owner of the laundromat. Hotel is nicely located, walking distance to transport and downtown Gion.
