Lobby is so hot in summer. Carpet room is dirty. Light in hall way looks too dark. Utility is old fashion. It destroys my trip expectations.

Huge hotel Lovely big room with all the vanity products Very hot outside our room in other areas of hotel. Aircon needed in lobby and lift areas! Huge selection for breakfast

Hotel is dated and needs updating. Tiles missing or cracked. Room windows so dirty could not take a picture from room. Pool too cold to swim in. No pool service. Pool washrooms did not have lights on. No help from staff on arrival. Wanted to keep our passports, we refused. Carried our own luggage to the room. Didnt recieve room cleaning until late afternoon early evening. We just asked for new towels on two occasions because the cleaning arrived so late. Tub leaks water onto the bathroom floor due to tile design and wet the bedroom drywall. Room smelled of mildew. Garbage at elevator ashtray stayed gor three days. Staff in the breakfast floor was anazing, helpful and friendy. One of the few bright spots. I would not recommend this hotel. Not sure why luxury is in it's name It is a 2/3 star at best.

The property was well maintained, and very comfortable. Greatest views, very comfortable, very friendly hostess. Stayed there 4 nights, would love staying there more, but times are gone. Hopefully will be back there soon.

The hotel is nice and the room is very clean. We arrived early and the check in time was 2:00pm. Minh Duy Le was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He stored our luggage and ordered taxi service to take us to the nearby restaurant. He texted us when the room is available for checking in early. He treats us like one of his own family. He assisted us with the tour, recommended restaurant and ordered taxi service (pickup and drop off) whenever we needed during our stay. One of Minh Duy Le’s colleagues, Giang, was friendly as well. We really had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Muong Thanh Hotel.
