Hotel stuff are friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is fairly clean and affordable. I loved that you can cook here and it's close to a mall or a city market.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Clean room, nice shower, staff were very helpful, housekeeping made sure to do rooms everyday & followed up. Room was big with kitchen & living room. Great for long stay. The rooms are air conditioned, building is not centralized AC. Half of the street is designated parking. Very close walk to Robinsons place, malate church, Roxas blvd. Very accessible location. Location has so many side walk activity (selling) on the corner street.

We were amazed with the big space. Kitchen and bathroom are clean. Unfortunately, the sheets have blood stains and itchy and dusty. The staff are helpful and nice people. Sorry im just being honest. Please take care of your customers cause they are the one that make your business stay.

Hotel is fairly clean, in a slummy area but in the hotel was OK.frontdesk Staff nickled and dimed us. For example we were told breakfast includèd but. "Our policey has changed", they booked an airport shuttle for us (hotel van) and sent us e.ail to confirm. We checked in. 2 days before we left, as per instructions we went to book return shuttle. She told us we had a 2800 pesos charge for 1st shuttle and it would cost another 2800 p. We said no way, we were never told of any charge. She admitted she took our bookin̈g and checked us in and forgot to mention it. We refused to paying reminded her on the website it says free shuttle. We paid 400 p by using Grabit car. Pool was great, staff at pool were fantastic.
