Great location. Stayed for boys and girls lacrosse tournaments at West Chester University and Villanova. Right next to King of Prussia mall.

The room was as clean as it could be considering its generally deteriorated condition. The staff was also really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was as expected. What I wasn't prepared for was how run down the property was, including trash, torn wall paper, and rusted trash bins. I do think the staff/cleaning team are really working hard. It's just the property itself--old, tired, and a bit smelly.

Breakfast pretty uninspired but it’s free so really can’t complain. But the hotel sits between two major roads and the traffic noise never stops.
