They were not very accommodating after informing them we had overbooked hotel rooms. The property was old and not very well maintained. There was no explanation of how the power works. The mini fridge was not cold. The curtains in the room were broken. The toilet was leaking when flushed. All in all the hotel has lost its charm and its class. Will not be staying in the future.

We stayed at the hotel (second time now) for 3 nights. The staff as always are very friendly, polite and helpful (whether at reception, breakfast area, cleaning team etc). The general state of the room is quite "dated": A few scratches here and there, shower handle that keeps falling off the base, the bed mattress somewhat uncomfortable are some examples. Breakfast choice was good. Hotel needs some renovation to get it back to its old "glory"! Location of hotel is excellent close to Kifissia central and adjacent to Kefalari square.

This is our third time & we will return again. Beautiful suburb across from a park and walking distance to the train to Athens within an hour. Beautiful lobby. We were delighted to see the same hospitable staff. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. The room was spotless—you could eat off the wood floor. High quality amenities. Exquisite cotton ironed sheets. Luxurious towels. The gym is fully equipped with high end equipment. Spa with indoor and outdoor pool. Transportation can be arranged by the hotel to/from the airport.

There was a night party and loud music was ON till 7:30am. Inspite of regular complaints, hotel management didn’t bother to take any action.
