The elevator does not work, the front desk guy, was really slow and does not explain well how it works vallet parking.

Our trip was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime. While the rest of Miami was amazing, the problems we experienced here put a huge damper on our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. Wilma at the front desk was AWFUL! Nelson on the other hand was amazing! I can’t say enough good about him. Make sure to check you credit card details to make sure you don’t get over charged. The room was dirty, the towels were not replaced appropriately when changed, there were broken fixtures, the water took about 3 minutes to get warm. Because of the location, we were willing to overlook all of that but the problems we had with Wilma at the reception desk would keep me from ever staying here again.

Nelson at the front desk was over the top helpful. He walked with my wife to find a place for us to park because everything was closed due to the World Cup celebration. Nelson was fatastic.
